Free Shipping within the Contiguous USA

All sales are covered by our standard 30-day returns policy from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  2. Products that were "ASSEMBLED" are considered used and will void return eligibility.

Please DO NOT send a product back until the return has been approved and you have been instructed in writing by us. You may contact our customer service regarding the request, and we will be glad to assist you with the process. Contact here

A 20% restocking fee (item sales value) will apply to all eligible returns unless the product is defective or the wrong product was delivered (see exemptions below). Shipping costs for returning the item to us will be the customer's responsibility. Additionally, original shipping fees will not be refunded, and in the case of "free shipping" promotions, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Some brands we sell may have their own restocking fee policies. Please refer to the individual brand's warranty and returns policy for specific details here.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. A 20% restocking fee and any original shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount, unless stated otherwise by the brand's specific policy.

Shipping

The purchaser is responsible for returning any goods to TiiPii Bed at their expense. This includes returning items within our agreed ‘returns policy window’ or transporting the product to/from a specified place of repair or replacement.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and if the order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items (unless exempted). This fee will be deducted from your total refund. It covers the cost of receiving, inspecting, and restocking the product. The restocking fee does not apply in cases where:

  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • The wrong item was shipped to you.

Note: For some brands we sell, different restocking fees may apply. Please review the specific brand's warranty and returns policy for further information here.

Exemptions

The following items are exempt from our returns policy:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (Sale items cannot be refunded) 
  • Assembled or used products

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet and it has been approved by us:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.
