Domestic Shipping
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is FREE within the contiguous USA on select items. Some items may incur shipping charges, which will be clearly outlined during the checkout process. Shipping charges will apply for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and other regions outside the contiguous USA.
Please note: Shipping costs quoted are for mainland delivery. Any delivery requirements for islands or remote areas not covered by main delivery routes will need to be quoted for separately, and additional charges may apply.
Standard and Express Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on the destination. For customers opting for express services, these options will be made available at checkout, and delivery times will be based on the selected service. Our customer service team will keep you updated on delivery times once confirmed.
Please Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
tiipiibed.com is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Please save all packaging materials and any damaged goods. Evidence of damage will need to be provided to our customer service team for assistance in resolving the issue.
International Shipping
If international shipping options are not shown at checkout for your location, please contact us, and we will be happy to supply you with a quote for the best delivery options for your address.
- Our sale terms are EXW (Ex Works).
- We can provide indicative courier costs (e.g., TNT, UPS), but it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange their own courier. The customer bears any risks associated with the safe transit and delivery of their items.
- For any warranty or product issues, including manufacturer faults, the purchased items must be returned to our dispatch warehouse for review and replacement/repair. Return shipping to the customer will be at the customer's expense. Please provide detailed images of any issues before returning the product, as we may be able to assist without a return.

- We recommend purchasing insurance for all international shipments, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. A signed dispatch release showing the courier’s collection of the items will be provided.
- Delivery to some countries may incur duties and/or customs clearance fees. These are the customer's responsibility to confirm and pay. Please note that TiiPii has no control over customs delays.
